At Work As Intended we perform Business Workflow Discovery using Notion by focusing on deep collaborative documentation and system design. 🔎 The Process Immersive Interviews: We conduct detailed sessions with stakeholders to capture the current state (As-Is) processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. Notion-Centric Documentation: All findings, including process maps, roles, and decision points, are immediately documented within a shared Notion workspace. We use features like linked databases and templates to structure the information. System Blueprinting: The discovered workflow is translated into a future-state Notion system (To-Be), designing the required databases, views (Kanban, Calendar), and automation points to make the workflow actionable and measurable directly in Notion.
